When the old and the new collide...
My fashion style is a blend of Western historical fashion influences fused with Modern African fashion. It speaks to the reality of how strongly Western traditions and ways of life have deeply influenced African cultures such that at times, it is hard to decipher the things that are true to our culture versus the things that have been borrowed from foreign cultures. In the end, a completely new culture is birthed.
